Hello! A small update: guest artist applications are now open! If you've ever been interested in designing cossetling adoptables, you can apply here. The deadline is Friday, December 15th. There's only a few positions available so don't get discouraged if you aren't selected. As always, thank you for playing Cossetlings!

The year may be winding down but there are lots for cossetlings to do in December!

🌼 Event: Saturnalia

Ends midnight, January 5

Winter has arrived and, for cossetlings, December is Saturnalia! Saturnalia is a month of festivities and gift-giving to mark the end of a successful harvest and a time for cossetlings to relax after working hard during autumn.

Saturnalia’s Currency: Advent Candle

Lighting a candle each day for the first month of winter is thought to bring good luck. Advent Candles can be used to purchase items from the event shop during Saturnalia. Remember to use them before Saturnalia ends as they will vanish on January 5^th.

🌼 Limited-Time Daily: candle lighting

From today to January 5^th, you’ll be able to collect one candle per day! If you don’t miss a day, you’ll get a reward of goldleaves, an exclusive keepsake for your Cossetling, and as a festive bonus: a random souvenir!

You can also get candles from new event prompts.

Event Prompts: Winter Delight, Missing Cookies, Master Gifter

By completing these event prompts, you can unlock a fourth that will you give candles, goldleaves, and the special Saturnalia memento: Festive Candelabra.

And a new season means new seasonal souvenirs!

This luxurious souvenir lets a cossetling grow wool and is only available during the winter months.

December’s Souvenir: Dried Bouquet

This decorative souvenir gives a cossetling a wilted appearance and is only available during December.

🌱 Introducing: Cosprouts

Cosprouts are small floating sprites of magic. Usually found around blinks, they come in a various forms and are commonly kept as pets. They can be rather flighty so it’s difficult for the average cossetling to befriend one. However, there's a cossetling who appears to be a natural.

💐 New NPC: Lennox

Lennox may be a loner who hates being bothered but he really loves cosprouts, no matter how much he tries to hide it. You can visit his shop to get your own. Do note, his flock changes with the season.

🌱 Introducing: Seasonal Cosprouts

Cosprouts travel through blinks to gather resources from other worlds and some are only seen on Latorre during certain times of the year. Lennox will have one seasonal cosprout available for the season while the other changes monthly.

Winter Cosprout: Vulorro

These crafty fox-like cosprouts are known for being aloof but can warm up to cossetlings during the colder months.

December’s Cosprout: Jengipan

These playful cosprouts may look like cookies but don’t eat them! They enjoy Saturnalia festivities and are the easiest to befriend during this time.

🌼 Event: Harvest Festival

Ends December 5^th

From the changing leaves to the Harvest Moon, Autumn is an enchanting season for Cossetlings. The Harvest Festival is where Cossetlings gather to celebrate the season’s end and prepare for the upcoming winter.

🌱 Introducing: Event Currency

For this and future events, there will be an event currency that will only be available for the duration of the event. You can use this currency to purchase items from the new Event Shop.

Harvest Festival’s Currency: Acorns

An age old tradition for Cossetlings, young and old, is acorn gathering. Acorns are most plentiful this time of year and used for food and can be used as currency during the Harvest Festival.

🌼 Limited-Time Daily: Acorn Gathering

From today to December 5^th, you’ll be able to get one acorn per day. If you don’t miss a day, you’ll get goldleaves along with an item you can gift to your Cossetling!

You can also get acorns from the event prompts!

By completing each of these event prompts, you can unlock a fourth that will give acorns, goldleaves, and the Cornucopia memento.

These traits can only be obtained by souvenirs which are only available during certain times of the year. One seasonal souvenir will be available for the entire season while the other will change monthly.

Autumn Souvenir: Autumn Crown

This regal souvenir gives a Cossetling autumn colors and is only available during Autumn.

November Souvenir: Little Scarecrow

This mysterious souvenir gives a Cossetling the appearance of a scarecrow.
