Seal-like cosprouts that collect ice from other worlds. These curious cosprouts are somewhat withdrawn, much preferring to spend their days swimming in icy waters instead of playing with cossetlings. But when winter's chill come overs Latorre, secallo are noticably more friendlier as they love the cold. As such, they're the easiest to befriend during winter.
